National Trust Move Red Posts 20 yards closer to the beach

SUN members Jeremy and Lisa have moved from Whitchurch to the
Netherlands. Writing to notify us of their change of address, Lisa adds:
Dear SUN,
We visited Studland last weekend during a brief trip back to the UK, and were
disappointed to see that the National Trust have again moved the red posts
towards the beach, limiting the area which can be used by nudists.
We wish
to continue our support of SUN to rectify this situation. Good luck!

Thanks for that, Lisa, and our best wishes to both of you in
your new home, where you will find no National Trust-style repression! The
National Trust, of course,
deny that they have moved the posts, but we have proof positive that they have -
we have found the remains of one of the original red posts which had been cut
down - tut tut! - and the post that replaces it is a full twenty yards nearer
the beach. Pass the salt, someone.
