If you decide to take your car to Studland on the ferry at busy times join the queue at Sandbanks and look for the signs that tell you how long you have to wait - don't forget you may also have to queue on the other side when you return.

Vehicles not specified above will be charged at the rate applicable for the nearest similar vehicle

The charges for vehicles include all passengers in, or on, the vehicle. Vehicle passengers who board the ferry on foot will be classed as pedestrians and charged the pedestrian rate

Advance bookings are not accepted and queuing can occur at busy periods

No tolls are charged for the use of the private road, but the Road Traffic Acts apply in full to this road
