Letters to SUN

Thanks and greetings

June 2000

Dear SUN,

I know I'm speaking for all the members of SUN when I say that we really appreciate all the work that the Board puts in, individually and collectively, on our behalf. There is no logical, moral, legal or ethical reason why we should submit to being penned into a tiny area as the National Trust are trying to do at Studland. They are denying us enjoyment of the huge and largely deserted hinterland which is freely available to non-nudists - who paradoxically seem to be totally unaware of it! More power to all your elbows as we approach a new millennium and let's hope the new Human Rights legislation will add weight to our cause. I'm appalled at the attitude of the police. They always pick on what they perceive to be soft targets, don't they?

Keep up the good work, and best wishes to all SUN members for an enjoyable and sunny 2000!

Dean Watson
