Heather Walk was created by the National
Trust in 1995 and routed through the centre of the
traditional nudist area.
|

Prudish visitors are told they can avoid the
nudist area but, as these pictures show, nudists are visible
from large lengths of the path

Site of Special Scientific Interest

The constant pounding of National Trust vehicles has
turned a meandering footpath into an deeply eroded gash through Studland
Heath |

Environmentalists should watch with care that National
Trust over-management of this SSSI does not result in further damage. |

From there the National Trust have installed
'environmentally friendly' scaffold poles with yellow tops - just
like a guided tour through a stately home and a prime example of
over-management!
